Road and Infrastructure Construction
We carry out road and infrastructure construction projects across Estonia for both public and private clients, starting from consulting and design to the execution of the works. Our main clients include the Estonian Road Administration, the State Forest Management Centre (RMK), the Centre for Defence Investment (RKIK), municipalities, and private clients.
Asphalt Production and Installation
We produce asphalt mixtures in mobile asphalt plants across Estonia. In 2024, our plants were located in Tallinn, Põltsamaa, and Hiiumaa. The production follows the issued production license certificates for AC, SMA, and PA mixtures. Our production units are supported by laboratories that continuously test the produced mixture’s parameters, adjusting the mix recipe or correcting production processes as needed.
Additionally, Tariston has extensive experience in using ingredients that reduce the carbon footprint of asphalt production.
Road Maintenance
We perform year-round maintenance of national roads.
We maintain the highway and road protection zones (including winter snow and slipperiness control), carry out preservation repairs, organize road use, and handle everything related to road maintenance. Our goal is to ensure safe and stress-free travel year-round for road users on Estonia’s main and secondary roads.
Storage of timber materials
In Järva County, we manage the issuance of permits for the storage and transportation of forest materials on the site and within the road protection zone.
A request must be submitted to us for the storage of forest materials and loading operations.
Mining
Tariston is involved in the extraction of construction raw materials, the development of new prospective deposits, and their implementation. Our mining division is among the market leaders in terms of bulk material production volumes. We hold more than 30 environmental permits for mining operations in various regions of Estonia. Currently, materials necessary for construction are extracted from quarries in 11 counties.
Traffic Management
We offer a comprehensive traffic management service, which includes the preparation of traffic management projects, construction-phase traffic management, as well as the production and installation of stationary traffic control devices. In 2013, we were awarded a conformity certificate for traffic control devices in accordance with the standard EVS-EN 12899-1:2007. Our products are marked with the CE label.
Construction Equipment Rental and Maintenance
Tariston’s fleet includes over 80 machines, including modern road maintenance and road construction special equipment. We also offer construction equipment maintenance, repair, and spare parts sales.
